The SRL Stirling Moss will reach mass production in June 2009, one month after the company discontinues the SLR Roadster, and only 75 units will be produced finishing the process at the end of December 2009.

The SLR Stirling Moss is powered by a V8 compressor engine that produces a maximum power of 650 hp, with a 0-100 km/h sprint done in 3.5 seconds. Maximum speed is rated at 350 km/h (around 217.5 mph). The Stirling Moss has vertical doors, a deployable air brake, and a manually operated tonneau cover. The limited edition model will be available for a selected number of McLaren SLR clients, with each unit to be sold at a shocking price of 750,000 euros.
